The original content, features, and functionality of ApplyOS are owned by ApplyOS and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You retain all rights to the personal resume data you upload to the platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

ApplyOS does not guarantee that you will secure a job interview or offer by using our services. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall ApplyOS be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
